Shipping & Returns
DOMESTIC: We offer flat-rate shipping of $6.00 via UPS Ground for all orders shipping to locations within the United States. Pending credit verification, please allow 1-2 business days for order processing as orders are shipped out Monday through Friday (no weekends or holidays). While shipping times may vary, you should expect to receive your order within 7-10 days.
If expedited shipping is needed, we also offer UPS 2nd Day Air for $12.00. All expedited orders must be received by 12PM EST to ship that day. If received after 12PM, order will ship the following business day.
Please ensure your mailing address is correct at checkout. We are unable to reroute shipments and, if an order is returned due to an invalid address, it will be processed as a return. Additionally, once an order has been successfully delivered to the confirmed shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. We ask that you please contact the shipping provider listed in your shipping confirmation email.
INTERNATIONAL: International orders are shipped via USPS International Priority with a flat-rate of $44.95 and should arrive within 7-13 business days, pending customs. International orders are subject to additional customs, import duties, and taxes and may be delayed due to customs. Unfortunately, Artist Collective Worldwide cannot be held responsible for these fees.

Returns & Exchanges
At Artist Collective Worldwide we guarantee the quality and workmanship of the products we sell and we want your complete satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our products or services, please contact our Customer Service Center so that we may resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
We hope that you never have to return any of our products, but if you do here are a few things to keep in mind. When your order arrives, check all packages for damage or missing items. If there is anything damaged or you are missing products that your packing slip states should be there, make a note of them. Email our Customer Service Center at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to resolve the matter. Please include your order number in your email.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your merchandise upon receiving it, we will exchange your item(s) for a similar, (i.e., same cost) item. Shopartistcollective.com allows one exchange per order. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost but The Artist Collective will pay for shipping the exchanged item(s) back to you. We will not ship any new merchandise until all items(s) to be exchanged are received. Returns must be in original condition (unwashed, unworn, clean, tags attached, undamaged) and must be received by The Artist Collective within 30 days of your original order. We will not accept returns or exchanges after the 30-day period.
